AGS Health, PGP Glass, 2 others get Sebi nod to float IPOs

Four Companies Set to Launch IPOs Following Sebi Approval

In a significant move for the Indian market, four companies—AGS Health, PGP Glass, Shreni Shares, and SRIT India—have gained approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) to proceed with their initial public offerings (IPOs). These firms submitted their draft documents under confidentiality, with Sebi issuing its observations between June 16 and June 19.

Shreni Shares is looking to implement a strategy that combines both fresh share issuance and an offer for sale. Meanwhile, SRIT India is focused solely on issuing new shares. The funds raised through these IPOs are expected to be directed toward enhancing working capital, repaying debts, and supporting various growth initiatives.
